Rates & Insurance

At Latch and Speak, we provide nurturing, evidence-based care through in-home and virtual visits. All pricing is transparent so families may feel confident in their investment.

Payment Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of session.
  • We operate on a private-pay basis, so we do not bill insurance directly. Superbills are provided upon request for patients seeking insurance reimbursement.
  • If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Exceptions for emergencies are considered on a case-by-case basis.

In-Home Service Rates

  • Initial Feeding Consult
    • 60-90 minute
    • $200
    • Includes (as applicable): comprehensive feeding assessment involving oral motor skill assessment; reflex and coordination assessment (relating to feeding); patient/medical history review; assessment of safety, efficiency, and functionality of feeds; diet/texture recommendations; multi-disciplinary referral recommendations; care plan; comprehensive latch score/assessment and lactation support and management strategies as applicable
    • Individualized care plan with goals will be provided
    • In-depth parent/caregiver education with practical strategies you can apply at home
  • Follow-Up Feeding Consult
    • 60 minutes
    • $125
    • Includes: continued goal monitoring and guidance based upon initial feeding consult with adjusted strategies and parent/caregiver coaching as needed; ongoing lactation support (as applicable)
  • Feeding Therapy
    • 30 minutes
    • $90
    • Includes: intensive, specialized feeding therapy supporting safe, efficient, and functional feeding skills for complex feeding difficulties with caregiver coaching and individualized handouts (as applicable)
    • Initial Feeding Consult by Latch and Speak is required to determine eligibility
  • Early Intervention Speech-Language Evaluation
    • 60 minutes
    • $200 
    • Includes: patient/medical history, parent report and discussion of concerns and observations of speech-language patterns at home, comprehensive assessment of speech-language development and any applicable areas of need
    • Care plan with individualized goals and strategies provided
  • Early Intervention Speech-Language Therapy
    • 30 minutes
    • Offered in-home
    • $90
    • Includes: specialized speech-language therapy involving evidence-based, play-based, and family-centered techniques to facilitate development of age-appropriate receptive, expressive, and/or play/social skills; parent coaching/education and therapist modeling throughout each session to empower caregivers to apply speech-language strategies at home

Virtual Service Rates

  • Initial and Follow-Up Feeding Consult
    • 60 minute
    • $100
    • Includes:  patient/medical history review; assessment of safety, efficiency, and functionality of feeds; multi-disciplinary referral recommendations; care plan; comprehensive latch score/assessment and lactation support and management strategies as applicable
    • Individualized care plan with goals will be provided
    • In-depth parent/caregiver education with practical strategies you can apply at home
  • Prenatal Breastfeeding Education & Counseling
    • 45-60 minutes
    • $75
    • Includes: review of medical and pregnancy history, feeding goals, what to expect after birth, positioning and latch, recognizing feeding cues, establishing milk supply, pumping basics, return-to-work planning, and personalized Q&A
    • Applicable educational handouts will be provided

  1. Prenatal to Feeding Journey Bundle:

  • Prenatal Breastfeeding Education & Counseling (45–60 min – $75)

2. Feeding/Speech Therapy Bundle (4 Sessions)

  • Four Feeding or Speech Therapy Sessions (30 min each – $90 × 4 = $360 Total Value)

  • Eight Feeding or Speech Therapy Sessions (30 min each – $90 × 8 = $720 Total Value)
